In my role as a Licensed Clinical Therapist, I often use inspirations of art therapy with my clients, and collage is my favorite form of them. Therapeutic collage is a practice of mindfulness, introspection, and self-expression. Wabi-Sabi Seven offers 90-minute in-studio collage opportunities for anyone seeking to explore the concept of creative self-exploration and self-expression in an informal (non-therapy) setting. Depth of therapy is based on your goals: are you aiming to stay light and just have fun, or to take a step on your healing journey? No artistic experience or skill is required. All materials are provided; feel free to bring images/ photos to include in your work if you'd like.
